can not open a can. will not stay on track. manufacturing problem

Easy to use just need to exchange cause it sticks. Easy remove top to uses hand held

Was unable to position this properly on the can. After multiple tries gave up. Returning item.

Unsure of how it will work. It is currently charging, received as a Christmas present.
