Had a great visit with James and Ben..they done a great job,,frome now on will only have anything done to the car when these 2 are working...was there a few days to order tires and was treated terrible by a boy and a girl that said she was the manager of the tire department...there was not an adult in the room just kids that does not have a clue...we pay to come into the store and are disrecepted by kids...I then went and got a manager that they said there was none and reported them,,now as to whether he done anything about the way they acted ...I don't know...it is terrible when you pay to come into a business and you have no one over the kids..to make them be respectable ...and if I could have gotten my tires cheaper at any other store...I would not have purchased them from Sam's Club...

I needed new tires for my Subaru after one of them was damaged, so I went to Sam's. They gave me a really good deal, including installation and balancing.

I bought these as i needed a better handlint tire in the rain. They have met that challenge. They give a smooth ride and i feel like braking has been better.

Bought tires online and scheduled installation when they arrived at my store. Technicians were very friendly and professional. Four tires installed in 1 hour. Tires give a comfortable ride and have good traction control.

I can definitely tell the difference now that my van has these new tires. We can feel the tires gripping the road and the sound inside our van is greatly reduced.

The BF Goodrich tires ride good with minimum noise. Installation was quick and the service good.

My granddaughter ruined a Honda on her Honda and the Sam’s at 71st and Mingo is the ONLY place I buy tires. They didn’t have it in stock, but got it in 2 days and installed as soon as we got there…and that’s why I ALWAYS GO THERE!

I visited the local Sam's club at least 3 times before they realized that the tire was defected. Then I couldn't get the tire patched while I was waiting on the new tire. It was either patch it or order a new tire. So I drove around during inclement weather with a defective tire. When I parked this evening at home 2/18/26 the low tire pressure came on again. So, I have to take the tire back to see if the new tire is defective as well or is it another bad tire of the other 3. I don't have the time or resources to visit Sam's club repeatedly regarding defective tires that are supposed to be new. This is very frustrating and costly.

Tires whine on the road. Would not buy again. Also my tire pressure monitoring system was damaged during the instalation. Sams Club does not respond to emails and is not interested in taking responsibility for the damaged sensors. Never again.
