Okay, yes, I agree, they are not terribly healthy. They are ultra-processed. Nevertheless, with such obvious truths in mind, they taste great, they are consistently awesome, and they are incredibly addictive. First off, I've been eating this delicious cream filled oatmeal delight since they entered this nation. My mother was the person who purchased the first box my children had I tried with her and we have been dedicated for about 18 years now. Not only does it tastes great, but it helps with me with certain health issues. I would suggest that these be served at schools during lunch as a snack.

These taste terrible! Flavors are unnatural. The cake is tough, has very little oatmeal taste just overwhelmingly sweet. The filling is gummy and grainy. Read the ingredients and nutritional information and you'll reject these. Not good enough for my family.

Ever since I was little I remember my mom telling me the story of my birth- one of the more eventful moments besides the actual ya know- BIRTH, was my father eating three boxes of these in one day because they’re just so good he couldn’t get enough. Unfortunately he did get sick after eating 3 boxes of these in essentially one sitting but really who wouldn’t??? My husband is also a huge fan of these and I actually packed some in my hospital bag for him when our son was born as a weird sort of family tradition 😂 These tasty little snacks will always have a place in my heart

I have been around a long time, so I remember what Little Debbie oatmeal cookies used to be like. I had not had any for a long time and something brought them to mind, so I ordered a box. I thought it would be a great value, the price of the box for so many cookies, but then I opened the box and found that they are now half the size they used to be and barely had any creme in the center, so maybe not such a great value. There was just enough creme in the center (or on one side) to keep the two smushed oatmeal cookies together. Too bad.

These are the ultimate "if you finish your homework" bribe. They’re exactly the same as I remember from when I was a kid. Soft, sweet, and gone in about five seconds once the kids find the box. I might have "hidden" a few in the back of the pantry for myself.

I have always been a fan of oatmeal cream pies although I do not like oatmeal raisin cookies. the only thing that I would say about the milk cream pies now is that they used to be a lot bigger than they are now but seeing as the world we live in they have reduced in size. I do understand that that is not something that you know we can change that's a whole like manufacturing type situation but in regard to taste and quality like little debbies they're still the same you still get a good quality I was very pleased with the product.

They changed the recipe and these just don't taste as good as they used to. All their snack cakes have changed. i really dislike it now that it seems more cakey and less gooey like they used to be. Sadly, i stopped buying as i kept getting disappointed
