Since this was a limited edition, I figured I better give it a try. Boy am I glad I did!! It is very tasty & has a very creamy consistency. I love it & have to be careful I do not overdo in one week. I want to try more of the Premier Protein drinks. They have a great selection at Sam's. It is yummy!!!!

They have a distinct root ear flavor with an added touch of "cream." If one is an avid Root beer drinker then this is def a drink for you. My mom liked them I was not a fan. I drank them as I need variety in the daily protein routine but these were not my favorite The flavor is quite powerful

I didn’t think I would like the flavor, but I was wrong. I compared this drink to other, supposedly to be for diabetics drinks and found that Premier had more protein and better other ingredients that’s good for diabetics. I’ll be reordering Premier Protein Drinks!!

Initially I liked these protein shakes because they did taste similar to a root beer float. However, ever single shake had a clumpy and slimy unidentifiable substance (could have been protein that didn’t mix or whatever the “immune boost” ingredient they used was), but it was gross and in every single shake. Also, after drinking the shakes all I could taste afterward was “artificial” because it’s sweetened with Sucralose instead of stevia or a more natural sweetener.

Another just ok flavor. Not much root beer taste. On the other hand that is why my son liked it. We all have our favorites and everyone should try them all just to be sure. I never buy any plain chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry because I don't like those flavors. But I ALWAYS buy the Caffe Latte. More coffee flavors would be great!

if i could give this 0 stars I would. these are so nasty, even my kids wont drink them, and they'll eat anything! it tastes like an uncarbinated, cream based, very very cheap, almost licorice type of root beer. I absolutely DO NOT recommend, and I have been warning everyone I know not to try them.

The flavor just didn’t hit the mark for me. I hate that I didn’t have the option to buy a 4-pack, so I was stuck with 11 more bottles after determining I didn’t like it. I tried downing as many as I could before my bariatric surgery, but now that I have to sip everything so slowly, I probably won’t touch the remainder. If you pinch your nose while drinking it, it’s not as bad.

Very gentle mild flavor. Not too rootbeer-y. I think the creaminess is comparable to if you made a cream soda float rather than rootbeer. It is good though, just not what I expected. Seems to take longer to freeze and slush up compared to the 1-hour the tetrapak style cartons take.

I LOVE when I’m able to get my hands on these! I’ve had gastric sleeve surgery and cannot stop the weight loss now, I found these shortly after my surgery and fell in love with them, now I grab them any chance that I can so that I can get all the protein in that I can.

I was excited to try this after reading so many good reviews. What a disappointment! To me, it tasted like what I'd imagine rootbeer mixed with baby formula would taste like. I couldn't get past the first 2 sips. I gave some to three other people, and none of them like it either. I will be sticking with chocolate peanut butter!
