When the instructions say not to go past low to medium low heat, that is NOT an exaggeration. I put sausage patties(FROZEN!) in this skillet. In my previous cookware, the patties took about 12 minutes to cook on medium heat. It took maybe half the time on LOW heat in this skillet. I thought something was wrong with my stove until I used another skillet. This is a skillet good for quick breakfast, stirfry, or anything that requires high heat. For doing a cheese sauce, NO.

Unfortunately arrived damaged/defective. Not completely round, malformation . The 2 largest pans have a slight irregularity in curvature which prevents me from putting a lid on them but won’t prevent me from using them. I couldn’t replace them because the blue was sold out, instead I took a credit & decided to keep them. I’m a perfectionist, so the dent will bother me but the color is absolutely beautiful. I just used the smallest pan this morning and it performed well on a gas stove.

I bought this set because I didn't want to have any Teflon coated pans. You DO need to read the directions and pre-prep these pans. You wash them first, dry and then coat with oil and heat up on low heat and let the oil sink in. If done correctly they work as well as any non-stick pan.

Even cooking and easy cleaning.

I like the pans but the white non stick surface stains and I can't get it all white again.

I bought this a month ago, only used few times, it’s very easy getting stains.

I highly recommended! I have spent money on pans and finally found the perfect one.

Handles get very hot during use

I love these pans so much I gave 2 sets as gifts and everyone loves them!

These are far, my favorite great quality great price. I'm only upset because I'm trying to purchase another set for some reason. It says it does not deliver to my area which is weird I'm in CA and they do not have them in store.
