My only advice is to make sure you read the care instructions. You don't need oil but it says DO NOT USE SPRAYS like Pam. So easy to wash and absolutely love cooking in them.

The first time I used it my eggs stuck to the pan . next time I lowered the heat and it still stuck? I now put olive oil in and it does not stick.

I bought this a month ago and just yesterday my sister came over and it is so sensitive that I already have a gash of "ceramic" gone. Or maybe my sister doesn't know how to handle it.

Attractive and seem to cook and clean up very well. Had previously purchased ceramic pans with a waffle like pattern inside. Immediately had trouble with staining and sticking.

I’ve recently bought 3 sets of these pans. I like the idea that they are made in America. They perform well with a good selection of sizes. I only wished they had lids. Would definitely purchase again if I needed more pans.

The surfaces of the pans are not as smooth as other non-stick surfaces. However they work as well. The nonstick surface is dark gray with light colored flecks. Makes it harder to see if the pan has been wiped clean after use. Still a good value
