Shipping container was somewhat damaged but the only damage to the generator was that the battery bracket was slightly bent. I had to charge the battery before I could start it but after that it started right up on both gasoline and propane. Initial assembly was easy. I have not yet had reason to run it for any extended period of time.

My daughter gave me this generator for my birthday. It is just right for me. I live alone and it is compact, easy to start and on nice wheels. I am storing it in my garage and can easily wheel it out onto the driveway at any time I need to use it. As someone who lives off the Gulf coast and has been through many storms. It's vital to have a good generator. I love the dual fuel option. And the best part is the remote control starter. It's also helpful that it comes with wheels. You can never go wrong with a Westinghouse generator.

Just setup the generator and ran it off propane right away, but only with the pull cord. Quick setup instructions don't mention that the battery isn't hooked up or charged. Had to look in the manual for that. I'm excited to try it out on the campsite.

Really well thought out. Even comes with a funnel to put in the oil. Has a battery charger built in to keep the battery charged while in storage. Push the start button or the remote start and it will cycle on and off until it starts {only took three tries out of the box to pump the gas up} to not over heat the starter. I have others and out of the box this looks to be the best.

This generator came undamaged with every item listed on the box. I unpacked it with no problems and set it up according to product instructions. Every option works great as I predicted. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs a generator of this size.

It arrived early, packed well, no missing parts. Love the duel fuel using propane or gasoline. I have chronic migraines so hoping to have less migraines with the propane . We have a 30' Travel Trailer and during the Monsoon we often loose electricity during at home.

We bought this generator just before hurricane season for our RV here in Florida. During power line maintenance near here, power was off for a couple hours. This generator worded exactly as advertised and kept one A(C running as well as everything else until show power was restored.
