Very good generator, but the unpacking instructions could be better. A red sticker says "Remove support brackets from frame before operating." It showed an illustration of an S bracket. There were no other details. It took me a while -- and a call to customer service -- to figure out that they meant. As it turns out, you must remove the 2 RED L brackets on the bottom of the frame.

We have a ranch in Texas and last year we were without electricity for a week. We wanted to be prepared and also be able to us for work on ranch. I like that it uses propane and gas. I was impressed how easy it was to assemble and ready to use. We were glad we purchased.

Primary option is to why I purchase this is because it was a dual fuel and being in the middle of nowhere Kansas means that if I'm out of gasoline I'm out of power in a storm. Was an elderly mother needing a mobility chair charged, oxygen, heat etc that is just a problem that I can't allow to rise. It may not have heard the whole house but it kept the freezers the refrigerator the heaters and her chair as well as a TV and several Wi-Fi units running without issue I love it

I picked this unit up 3 days ago and am pleased with the result. It was slow to start Initially had problems starting with LPG, but after I let it break in, it would start and stop fine with LPG. I ran it on a small amount of gasoline also and it ran much longer than my older generator would on the same amount of gas. I connected it to the garage lighting circuit for a load. That was 10 4 foot and 2 2 foot florescent regular tubes. That would have been about 440 watts. Never even had a light flicker. Easy to maneuver with the wheels and swing up handle.

Own a Westinghouse generator for use at barn. So naturally went back to same brand (after great use) for back up need at home for power outage. Love the newer start feature. Went with dual fuel so not to worry about old gasoline clogging carb up in emergency. Easy assembly. From opening box to having running generator less than an hour.

I purchased this generator to power a tower heater for an un heated garage. Since my garage is where I keep my two classic Triumph cars, the last thing I wanted was a generator that ran off of gas! I do not need to keep a can of gas around. So this duel fuel was the intelligent choice. It came mostly complete with just about 45 minutes of reading instruction and finishing assembly. The only issues are there is rust on it already, just unpacked it. Also one small plastic piece was split on the end. I can not say anything about it runs yet, it is snowing so there is no way right now to take it over to the garage.

In fairness, I haven't USED my new generator yet, as it only came today. My rating is for features, packaging, and delivery only...so far. I have every reason to EXPECT it to deliver 5 Star performance, and I certainly HOPE it does. Oh, and if you do buy the same model, check on the Pull Start handle for your Remote Start Fob if it isn't in the Wheel Accessories Box.

Anytime I buy anything that supposedly has an east start option, I am usually disappointed. However, this time after I prepared the generator for its virgin start, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised that the push button start actually worked the first time. If it doesn't start the first go around, it automatically tries again. I went a step further and wanted to see if I could be so lucky as to have the remote start work. It actually worked, so that was a huge bonus. I am so happy for the dual fuel option because I am not a big fan of using gasoline, especially when I do not use the generator frequently.

Purchased about a month ago, shipped quickly, and arrived in perfect condition. Initial setup (wheel kit, adding oil, hooking up a propane tank, etc.) is quite easy and instructions are clear and helpful. It's definitely a heavy piece of equipment, though. I have only run it one time--it worked just fine and provides lots of options for powering your appliances/tools/etc.

In the Houston area we have lost power for hours or days 3 time inthe last 4 months and we needed the power for four day power lost for Beryl. Of course it took so long to get here we did not get to use it, but we have it for next time. It runs so nice, uses gas or LP and electric start. Just read the instructions, filled with oil and gas then pushed the start button.
