After Hurricane Helene flooded my area of NE TN, we did not have power for several days. We made the decision to get a generator so this doesn't happen again. Now we're having temps near zero and have lost power a couple of times. The generator did its job so we could have heat until power was restored. The generator worked great and didn't let us down. So happy with our purchase!

I bought this generator at the recommendation of another owner, and I am so glad I did. It was easy to set up and easy to navigate, which I was concerned about since I am 70 years old. I can move it around with ease, thanks to the wheels. I don't look forward to a power outage, but I will be prepared with my new generator.

I brought the generator because of size (compact) and moveable to different locations to provide power for my electrical power tools and as backup when I lose Electric to my home. The area where I live in is one of worst electrical providers in United States.

Comes almost fully assembled. Really just had to put on the wheels and add fluids so great right out of the box. Haven't used it with propane yet but that is my intended fuel for most of time. Been having a lot of power outages lately and love the piece of mind I have getting it.

Bought this a couple weeks ago because we were notified of potential power cut offs due to the high winds and I must say the generator was so easy to use set up when we finally did need it. And the gasoline and propane combo let's switch effortlessly when one is running low.

I bought this to deal with rolling blackouts in my fire-prone neighborhood. I wanted something small and affordable that ran on propane. This was easy to set up and start, even for me, a very non-DIYer. The instructions are great. It's heavy, though! Get your dolly ready and pay for the handle & wheels.

Very easy to assemble - wheels and feet. Then add oil , gas, hook up the battery , make sure all the switches are turned to the correct settings. Pressed remote start and cranked on second try. Takes 90 % or so of the oil supplied. Rolls easily , the dual fuel supply is very nice also - gas, propane. Was delivered today so will revise once used .

I bought a few days ago and was very disappointed with the provided oil seeing how it has what seemed to be bits of black plastic material floating in it. I'm glad I was paying very close attention when filling the generator with said oil, only to watch the bits of foreign materials go right down into the crank case. Had to drain and replace with store bought oil instead. Very disappointing! Hope they reach out for help soon!

This generator has come in extremely handy during power outages caused by hurricanes. It is extremely gas efficient and powered the necessary essentials for over 12 hours on a tank of gas also it provides great versatility and that you can use propane as well

I researched many generators after being without electricity after Helene. This had great reviews and a very good price for all the features. It was easy to set up and started right away with no problems. My wife is now confident to again store our garden produce in our freezer and refrigerator.
