Won't start on propane and oil leak. Haven't run for 2 hrs hours yet and already issues!!! Live in hurricane area and don't need something I can't trust straight out of box!! Now I have the labor of loading it and finding a repair shop!

Easy to put together. I decided to run it on propane rather than gas and it works great. Ran freezer, refrigerator with no problem and rwe were able to use a lamp and watch tv at night . Glad we got it so we're covered for the next power outage

Generator worked great during our frequent power outages. Easy setup. Remote works as it should. Battery tender is a nice added feature. Currently using the propane option and have had zero problems.

I tried propane at first and it wouldn't start then I tried gas and it fired right up. Tried propane again and all is well. Hopefully this will be what keeps my freezer going if the power goes out again.

We bought this just in time for hurricane helene. Luckily we didn't need to use it but when we first got it we cranked it up to check it out. Started right up, not too loud!!!
