I did everything listed in the maintenance and put some good time and money into this just for it to lock up before 3 months use. I got the warranty and they said it wouldn't be applicable to my situation. I'm taking it to be returned today and if I can't return it I will have an issue.

Westinghouse is a sham. They do not back their products; they hoodwink the buyer into thinking that they will fix the problem. I'm still waiting on my replacement generator. They say they will fix it, and you don't hear from them again. Never again will I buy a Westinghouse product.

A tremendous value. Well made. Tons of features at a great price. I highly recommend Westinghouse.

Like electric start runs my camper, ran on gas not on propane yet. Runs real well though.

I purchased this generator because I had been losing power for days a lot at my house and it becomes incredibly stressful constantly packing up and going to stay elsewhere. Well and I don't really like leaving my house when there is no power cause people could break in. Because this runs on 2 different fuels it's easy for me to store because I can put the propane with it and then store some gas in the garage. There's more than enough power to run the things that I'll need if the power is out. We basically would shut everything down except for The refrigerator and then in our bedroom we'd be able to run the TV the air conditioner lights the modem and a few other things that we need in our bedroom and keep it cool and in the winter we have purchased some space heaters. Easy to start and the instructions made it easy to understand in assemble Easy to start and the instructions made it easy to understand in assemble. So far I'm really happy.

perfect size

I bought for backup power at my lake house. A lot of trees & a lot of power outages. Electric start is great, starts right up! Dual fuel is nice since I use propane. 3600 watts is all I need. Price very reasonable. Easy to operate. Wheels & handle makes it easy to move to needed location. Westinghouse is a solid company. I am very happy with my purchase.

There's a lot to like about this design ... electric start with a key-fob (along with an automatic choke on the engine); dual fuel, so a propane tank is an easy back-up; wheels and a folding handle ... pretty easy to move; a gas cut-off switch ... I like this because you don't have to drain the gas tank to run the carburetor dry. Also includes tools, engine oil, and all the hookup hoses for propane. There's also an oil fill-tube that is threaded. You screw it into the engine port and don't spill a drop of oil. Like I said, there's a lot to like about this design.

After, losing power two times in one week, I decided I need a small generator to provide a small level of comfort and security, until I decide on a more permanent backup solution. As a senior, this 130 lb generator is small and easy for me to move around. I wasn't looking forward to assembly, but was surprised, it only took about 20 minutes to get the generator ready to go. Believe it or not, later that evening power went out and was estimated to be off for 4 hours. I hooked up a propane tank and had a frig, freezer, TV, lamp and fan going in no time. The best part I don't have to worry about draining gas.

I like being able to have a remote, but this generator is way too noisy and mine sounded like it had a knock…
