I bought this a few weeks ago and package arrived early then original date to be delivered fast and assembled and ready to use haven't used it yet . Bought it for emergency use . But look forward to using it one day .

I've bought other westinghouse products in the past and they stand by their warranty so I bought a 3600 watt generator (dual fuel) that a brand new and packaged well looking forward to running this unit

I bought this generator on October 28, 2020 and we received it on November 2, 2020 got it all set up and ready to use. I am talking to family members and friends about purchasing one for themselves.

Bought this for the Artic Blast. Didn't have to use yet. Very happy i did buy thou. Easy to assemble with the Quick Start Guide. Started off first try. Will also be able to use it for my rv.

I bought this to use in case of power outages and also for boondocking with my camper. I have not had occasion to use in either of those scenarios since purchase, but assembly and set up was relatively easy. I plan to use mainly the propane fuel.

Shipped to my home and within an hour had the unit running. All features tested well (manual start, remote start and push button. It runs smoothly on propane and gas both. Note, the directions are well written. So far so good

This unit is built with quality parts and real metal, Very easy to operate and I had it running within 30 minutes of unpacking. Remote start is excellent.

The first generator came damaged and would not start. The second generator came undamaged but was missing a battery terminal screw. I have lots of misc. screws so I just replaced with one of my own. Unit runs well and looks to be well-made.

I like the fact that this has dual fuel options. It is a bit heavy. Wheels would be nice, but then the price would likely be higher. This generator was very cost friendly.

Overall a very good product although adding oil the first time is slow with the small funnel provided, a larger reservoir at the top of the funnel would cause less spills while filling for the first time.
