Just purchased this generator. Showed up 3 days early. Easy to assemble the wheel package. Directions simple and easy to follow. Started right up. Spark plug wrench came damage but I already have one so no problem.

just received product every thing went smoothly delivery fast. everything works as described. seems to be very good purchase gave 4 stars until I I have used for some time.

Looks good and goes together well. Also impressed with free warranty and extra feast delivery by HD. Final test will be ongoing customer service and delivery of cover.

Instruction were easy to follow. One step was not included. Called the number on the machine and the rep explained the battery connection. Followed her instruction and generator started on the first touch.

We bought this item for hurricane season last year, haven't had to use yet. Specs seem plentiful - looking forward to operating! Box was damaged as well but generator seems to be fine.

Bought it because it can run on propane and it does not disappoint. Wireless remote and trickle charger are nice bonuses. The oil spout is in an irritating position, but that is my only minor quibble with this generator.

Bought this to provide emergency power should there be an issue. Also, since not really heavy (I thing 100lbs) it can be brought elsewhere and used when working outside far from normal electrical service.

I was looking for something that was easy to operate and mostly maintenance free. I like the fact that it can be used with gas or propane. If you run out of gas or propane or if one is not available you have the choice. Very simple instructions.

Bought this to use with our travel trailer and around the house. Starts easy and right away. Generated more than enough power for the job it was purchased for. More than worth the money.
