Seasoned just right for the Birria taco i was looking for.

It was as warm when it arrived. I was home when it came.

To much broth & not enough meat.

There was maybe 3 oz of meat in the entire thing, and 2 oz of that was pure fat. The rest was a consome that tasted like watered down tomato sauce. I've had birria tacos from legitimate taco places and I didn't expect that high of quality but this was disgraceful. Total waste of money

I have tried various kits like this from different places and this one has the most flavor. I still added more seasonings because I warmed mine up on the stove. But listen to the other reviews. I purchased this twice, 1st one there were enough tacos for 4 adults, 2nd time, I cooked the item and it was a huge chunk of gristle and lots of chunks of fat, so that took away from how much meat it was. Thats bad quality and for the price, I could have just cooked this myself. I almost wish I could just by the broth and slow cook it myself and save money. I won't be purchasing this again. Cost too high for a not consistent amount of meat.

This is one of the best birria meats I've ever tried. The broth is also perfect for making birria ramen with it. I loved this item and bought it regularly after I first discovered it. For the last month or so, it's been out of stock at my Sam's club and I'm so hungry for it. Please bring it back in stock so I'm not forced to go to the retailer and pay way more for it!!!
