Too much fluid.Very bland. Looks nothing like in the picture. I had to cook it on the stove and reduce the fluid, hoping to get more flavor. I should have made my own. Not buying again.

I bought this and made a birria ramen. The broth was amazing but the meat had a ridiculous amount of gristle. This was a little disappointing but it was ok for ramen. I would have been upset if making tacos.

This is delicious,my family loves it. I'm a busy mom and work long hours so taking this out the freezer in the morning and heating it when I get home is a lifesaver.

Great Flavor but only rating it 2 stars since there was not enough meat compared to the price point. I made just as many tacos with the trader joes's Birria Kit as i did with this one and its double the price of the one at Trader joe's.
