There was very little meat and it was all sauce. It was a little spicy too. There was not enough meat for family taco night. Go for the Carnitas instead.

Wow I was honestly really impressed. I’m not much of a frozen good type of gal but decided to give it a try since I love birria so much, and wow did not disappoint

Too much fluid.Very bland. Looks nothing like in the picture. I had to cook it on the stove and reduce the fluid, hoping to get more flavor. I should have made my own. Not buying again.

Like many other non-paid reviewers have said, this product tastes just OK, but has too little meat and way too much water. In the 28 oz package, there can't be more than about 6 oz of meat. Will not buy again and would not recommend.

This is much cheaper than making Birria yourself. It is phenomenal and has great flavor. Lots of consome. Meat feeds about two/three people or makes six to eight tacos

I was so excited to see this in store, so I purchased it immediately. I was highly disappointed. It is nowhere near the taste of homemade, and even outside of that, not delightful for the taste buds.

Super easy to make however not a lot of meat for the price tag of $14. Mine only had one chunk of fat so I had enough meat to make approximately 10 street tacos. Broth was super flavorful.
