The beef came out with the most intoxicatingly delicious smell when we put the beef and the broth on the serving dish. We used the birria beef to make street tacos and dipped them in the broth. This was the closest we have had to real birria at home. Definitely a quick and easy great tasting dinner for any night in our home.

The sauce has a really deep flavor and the meat is super tender. I will definitely be buying this product again

When I first opened the package I thought there was no way there was enough actual meat like other reviewers said. Then I continued on to make birria tacos and was able to make 10 tacos with the meat which was enough for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The taste was great and we will be buying again.

As others say, there is a lot more broth than meat in this product, but that actually makes it great for birria ramen. To preserve the quality of the meat, I highly recommend heating the bag in water on the stove (according to the instructions above) rather than heating this in the microwave.
