I used this to make quesabirrias and was able to use the meat to make 10 moderately portioned tacos with corn tortillas. I was very skeptical on the taste but since I haven’t found a good recipe I figured I would give this a try. The broth has a good taste would have gave this a five star review if it was spicy but nothing a salsa can’t fix. It is pricey however given that it cost about $3 per taco in my area it’s worth the price.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The meat has decent flavor but the consome (broth) I felt was not very flavorful. I was able to make about only 4 regular sized tacos from the package, so don't expect to feed a whole family with one package.

Love these Birria tacos! The meat was tender with so much flavor. They so quick and easy to make and great for the days when you don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen but want a comforting meal. I thought this was really good for being packaged. Would definitely buy again!

The flavor is good but there is barely enough meat for two people. The meat comes in a couple chunks and I shredded it, but even then there was hardly enough for two people and we are not big eaters! I served over baked potatoes with shredded cheese and sour cream and it was good! Just need more meat!

I really enjoyed using the consume as dip for the tacos I made using this Birria. The flavor was better in this package than it was at a large chain Mexican restaurant I visited last night! I would definitely purchase this again.
