I bought this Del Real Birria for a quick dinner option. I heated it up on the stove in a pan instead of the microwave. once it was hot, I strained the liquid into a bowl to serve as a dipping sauce alongside the meat. It had fantastic flavor (which I have come to expect from Del Real products). I saw many of the other reviews were commenting on meat versus broth ratios...but, as a home chef, this is normal when cooking your own birria from a chuck roast. Once the meat was spread out into tacos, it fed my family of 4 just fine. I will buy again when I don't have time to prep and still have a great meal for my family.

The sauce flavor was good but there wasn’t much meat. Definitely not worth the money for the serving.

The meat was fine, just like brisket. However the consume was not the correct consistency and very watery. We tried making birria tacos and it just was not it.

This had such good potential. Was disappointed like everyone else in these reviews. Opened the package and it was 95% consume. Skip this and get the ones from Trader Joe’s instead.

This was a huge disappointment. Six 5oz servings of what? There was just under 4oz of meat & the rest was fat and gristle. Very unappetizing. Do not waste your money on this product. Do not recommend.

Excellent flavor. Enough meat to make 2-3 tacos each, for a family of 3. Purchased again to make Birria ramen, which was amazing. The broth separates this from other heat & meats, as it helps to create a variety of meal options.

Flavor was ok, very tomato-y. Problem was there was no meat. I couldve eaten this whole thing by myself and still been hungry. Dont waste your money.
