Product was damaged. I had to bend the frame and use clamps to be able to get all the pins in. I thought a better use of my time to make it work vice box it up and return it.

This rack is as good as the expensive ones with brand names....just one thing I wish they made covers for the 4 legs at the top so you don't scratch items or yourself...

Glad that I was able to get these shelves. They were always sold out. They are huge. My husband was able to put the shelves together by himself. My garage looks so much better

Got this to put my canning jars on. The holes in the shelves are too big as it makes my jars wobble. The shelves should be solid or smaller holes. Also there should be bars on the sides to keep items safe from falling off.

OK, but not as heavy duty as the Gladiator shelves previously purchased at Sam's Club. Easy assembly. Slightly bent legs from shipping/handling, but able to straighten.

I bought for our garage also went online and got bins for husbands things. love that its sturdy and durable. i picked online order and free shipping and was $20 less buying online versus instore. and they delivered to the garage. win win here.

Did not assemble easily. Some pieces seemed slightly miss aligned. Had to hammer in cross members. Unit doesn’t set completely level. We have another unit purchased from Sam’s a few years ago and it is much better quality at a cheaper price.

The shelves are great. I am disappointed in the website for saying out of stock in store and waiting almost a month for delivery. I went in the store after ordering and they had 9 in stock. Why?

Unbelievably easy to assemble but difficult with only one person to get started. Sturdy and shelf height his adjustable. Only thing that could make it better would be casters that come with it.

Metal not as sturdy as other shelves I’ve purchased in the past. One shelf was bent and paint chipped from one side of the frame. One hole drilled incorrectly and I was not able to attach one shelf support.
