I have one of these for over 1 year now and built solid. I store my equipment on it and holds up nice.

Great frame

Great price for the money and worth it. Quality thick, stable and heavy duty commercial type. ❤️ It. I’m ordering a 2nd one.

Racks

Firspiece i took out was damaged/bent.  Unable to assemble because of this. I called customer service because I didn't want to have to lug it all the way back to the store being that it's a couple 100 pounds and I'm 45 minutes away. Customer service has done no follow-up with me whatsoever I've had to call back and check in on the status of the replacement part from makers mark which they keep telling me they're not getting any response from them completely dissatisfied with customer service and the fact that I have to lug this heavy thing all the way back to the store and waste over 2 hours of my time. Customer service is useless.  There was no damage damage to the box  In the area of the damaged product which means that they packed it damaged.

Damaged with no resolution after 1 mth

I like the shelf, which I just put together today, but one of the cross bars and one of the grid sleeves was bent when we opened the box, and cannot be straightened. I will have to call Sam's tomorrow and see if they will get me replacement parts. Until then I'm missing one of the shelves.
