First one purchased went together smoothly but second one was crooked and off about an inch. Was able to strong arm it to go together but bottom rack is not flush with sides. Appears that the side brace was welded out of alignment which made it hard to assemble.

Alignment issue

Super easy to assemble, looks really well built and will hold more weight than I will ever put on it. Should have bought one a long time ago for my storage problems.
