Michelin CrossClimate2 - 215/45R17/XL 91V Tire

I bought these tires to drive south this winter. Performed as expected.

I HAVE BOUGHT THESE 4 TIRES ABOUT 3 YEARS. ONE OF FOUR TIRES FLAT/EXPLORE ON THE ROAD.

a torn tire crack due to aging rubber. Small cracks that grow in length, depth by manufacturing defect.

Great in all weather.  Sticky but long wearing.

Bought them in April or so and hoping they do well in the winter.

Tires are great when they are new, now I have had them for 2 years I will never buy Michelin tires again. Tire were great the first and part of the second year. Now they howl and extremely noisy, worse than aggressive pickup tires. Also I had the tires rotated every 5,000 miles. 
DO NOT BUY THE CROSSCLIMATE TIRES!

Don’t Buy These Tires!

These tires are our first replacement tires since purchasing our car.  We have a Subaru and it is all wheel drive.  We selected the Cross climate because it is supposed to be great in all weather conditions.  So far, we have noticed how much nicer the car handles.  It brakes better.  Even the wet tread pattern it leaves on the driveway is nicer.
