The pics are true to the eye. I love my new dainty, feminine gold necklace! First day worn, multiple compliments. It looks very delicate but its well crafted and seems strong. The extender ball alone holds some weight, which keeps the necklace in place, so no issues there. Worn choker legnth or extended, both are very comfy and the charms stay where they should. Overall its a strong, feminine, gorgeous necklace that just feels and looks great on, very happy!

The necklace is very pretty, but also not very sturdy. My wife had around her neck less than 12 hours and the chain snapped out of the holder. I returned to the Sam's Club where it was purchased.

The necklace was nice enough, but my wife didn't really love it so we went to return it. That's where the fun started. Almost three weeks and countless texts and phone calls later I was finally able to return the necklace., but as of today I have not received credit even though they have received it back. Don't buy it if you're not sure you're going to keep it!!!!
