We ordered the purple lunch box with dividers for my daughter for kindergarten. Unfortunately the snaps on the side of the lunch box cracked and broke off. The company has been very helpful and shared with me information about the two year warranty. When love got busy and I forgot to reach back out, they contacted me again, eager to help resolve our issue. We really do love these lunch boxes and appreciate a company that stands by their product!

I have several Bentgo boxes from the smaller sized up to this one. They are very sturdy and hold up well to my kids who aren’t the easiest on things. I reached out to the customer service line asking about replacement parts and they were very prompt and replied back quite quickly.

This lunch box has been used every day all year and it works very well. No leaks at all and the compartments are perfect for separating main lunch from snacks and dessert. The tray comes out and is very easy to clean. I'll occasionally put that in the dishwasher as well but usually hand wash. The outer shell is also fairly easy to clean when it needs it. That is always washed by hand.

I purchased several Bentgo containers last September and a few have mold now . I contacted customer aero d and they were very helpful in getting my items replaced! I love ALL of their products and I am sure to recommend them to ALL my fellow lunchbox moms . I use them for all 5 of my kids!!

I bought two pack of these for my two kids in daycare a year ago. They have worked perfectly for our needs, although on the fresh ones our day care provider has lost the insert/divider on both our boxes which is a pain, but not Bentgo’s fault. In fact I reached out to them when it happened and they send me two dividers for free! Daycare has since lost those but I haven’t reached out again since I’m sure they will just continue to lose them. However I reached out this week because the one kids lunchbox latch broke. I figured they wouldn’t be able to do anything, but they immediately responded that a replacement is on its way to me. I was shocked as I purchased this product just over a year ago. You have just secured a customer for life! When these boxes are worn out I will be buying them again! As for functionality I love both boxes for different reasons. I love that I can add ranch dressing for my kids veggies right to the kids one and the bigger spots are nice for larger fruit in the fresh box. I fill both up on Sunday so Monday and Tuesday lunches are covered but I may just purchase a couple more so I can prep more lunches and make our evenings a little less hectic. Bentgo is the only lunch box I've used for my daughters since they were in preschool at 3 yrs old. After searching lunch box options I came across Bentgos and I'm so glad I did! They are now in Elementary school and continue to use Bentgo. They tell me how it puts a smile on their face when they open it and they love eating from them. The way the sections are divided is perfect. It allows for a variety and its always fun to get creative, including the fruits and vegetables. As a parent, it is so fulfilling to see that they're eating all their lunch, and the Bentgos definitely work out great!

My son has sensory processing issues which impact his feeding. Having the Bentogo kids container for preschool is absolutely amazing. The separate compartments keep each food separate, no spilling over, and the perfect size for each food. The locks are very easy to manage by himself. I couldn't be more happy with this container.

This is an excellent, reusable lunch box kit. Everything is easy to hand wash, and the inner liner can be dishwashed. We haven't had leaks, and the seals work well. My only issue is that the divider is easy to lose. Kids can throw it away, or it can get lost after being washed. There is no way to buy the dividers standalone. I emailed Bentgo, and they requested this online review in order to get a replacement.

Love how compact and easy to use it is for both me and my 3 year old. We got the dinosaur print and he loves it. These lunch boxes makes lunch fun and exciting (especially for a picky eater). Definitely recommend hand wash or top rack of the dish washer.

I finally decided to give this brand a try. I wish I had started using these earlier. My kids have been using these for about 6 months. The extra divider gives them flexibility when packing lunch. They love it and have been packing their own lunch. It’s easy for them to use. No more lunch spilling and leaking into their lunch bag. It’s easy to clean and wash.
