I bought this bentgo kids lunch box for my toddler. I’d worked in childcare before and knew I wanted to get her one as well. I found one at our local store and when I got it home it was broken. I contacted customer support and they got us a replacement in just a few days! I’m so excited to use this for my kiddo, and even got another one for my nephew as well.

I bought two pack of these for my two kids in daycare a year ago. They have worked perfectly for our needs, although on the fresh ones our day care provider has lost the insert/divider on both our boxes which is a pain, but not Bentgo’s fault. In fact I reached out to them when it happened and they send me two dividers for free! Daycare has since lost those but I haven’t reached out again since I’m sure they will just continue to lose them. However I reached out this week because the one kids lunchbox latch broke. I figured they wouldn’t be able to do anything, but they immediately responded that a replacement is on its way to me. I was shocked as I purchased this product just over a year ago. You have just secured a customer for life! When these boxes are worn out I will be buying them again! As for functionality I love both boxes for different reasons. I love that I can add ranch dressing for my kids veggies right to the kids one and the bigger spots are nice for larger fruit in the fresh box. I fill both up on Sunday so Monday and Tuesday lunches are covered but I may just purchase a couple more so I can prep more lunches and make our evenings a little less hectic. My oldest has had her Bentgo container for 3.5-4 years and it has no damage! It doesn’t hold a smell like other plastic containers do after so long. We’ve purchased more for her upcoming school year and some for my youngest because we love them so much!

The bentgo fresh and snack boxes are perfect for anyone but especially children. Easy to fill and see all their food. Kids can close them easily and nothing leaks out. Love the removable piece to allow for larger food. Easy to wash and store. Amazing products. Excellent customer service if anything should go wrong. Highly recommend

I’m in love with my bentgo lunchboxes! I ordered two, and both of them closed kind of weird so I emailed bentgo to see if I could return them without the packaging (because I was SO excited I ripped it open like a kid on Xmas) and they sent me replacements right away! Angelou in customer service is lovely and I’m in love with my new lunchboxes! I have trouble eating large amounts of food so I got the kids box (and in unicorn print, cause I’m an adult and I can have a unicorn lunchbox if I want one) and it’s PERFECT. Perfect portions and roomy enough for my needs! I can’t recommend bentgo enough!

We used these faithfully while my son was in his toddler years. They have held up well- our only complaint being that you need to immediately wash them to prevent mold from growing in the top part. We’ve made the “drop the Bentgo in the sink” part of our after school routine.

Bought one for each of my three kids and they use them almost daily throughout the school year. It makes packing lunch a breeze and you don’t have to worry about the different parts of the lunch mixing. Great for more involved lunches, but good for the simple sandwich and chips too. Don’t have to waste plastic baggies wrapping each part of the lunch. Good customer service too none of the lunch boxes had a hinge that broke and CS fixed the issue right away.

We love Bentgo! This lunchbox has been a great upgrade from the 5-compartment for our 6-year old, and helps with perfectly portioned lunches. Reached out to customer service about a replacement part, which they responded to quickly and effectively. So happy with our Bentgo collection!

This has been the best bento style lunchbox for my kids. We love our Bentgo boxes! My kids have 2 of these kids boxes and I have a larger one and they have lasted over 2 years. A tip would be to make sure to wash the silicone part on the inside of the box well to keep it clean and smelling fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an incredibly sturdy little lunch box with rubberized edges. It's sure to withstand being dropped if your little one drops it. The 5 compartments won't spill into each other because each section seals separately with rubberized seals. The latches keep it securely closed while also being easy for young children to open. The inside tray is microwavable to warm foods it desired. It's easy to clean because the removable tray allows dishwasher cleaning. If you want to keep food inside cold this lunch box allows you to put it in the freezer. You can pack ahead of time to save time when you're in a hurry. I would recommend this lunch box because it's very sturdy and will last a long time.
