I love this product and it makes it so easy for kids to open their own lunches which I love for the responsibility for self factor but it did become unaligned after some use.

Was gifted a different version of the lunchbox for my daughter without a receipt and when asked if I could exchange for the right one, the customer service rep went above and beyond to make it right! Great lunchbox, durable and well made!

Prior to owning a Bentgo box, I was using multiple plastic containers to pack my lunch. The separate compartments allows me to pack my lunch and snacks all in one convenient container. Great product!

Great lunchbox for my daughter to take to school. We tend to do lunches that require heating up and its so easy for the teacher to just pop out the bottom tray and stick it in the microwave. My daughter loves opening her lunch box to eat!
