8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! We love our bento box!! I use this daily for my 18 month old at daycare and even on the go in the diaper bag. So easy to travel with. We can pack so many different things and keeps food fresh all day. So easy to clean and I love that it is dishwasher safe. Highly recommend!

Our collection of bentgo kids lunch boxes have taken many trips to and from school with our kids over the past 3-5 years. They make it easy to pack balanced lunches. The customer service is excellent, even when our latches broke out of warranty

We have purchased many of those by now and enjoy them for both our boys. We like the vibrant colors, and prefer them to the grey which may stain over time. The seal is good but I would advise anyone to hand wash the covers or soak promptly to avoid mold formation or damage to the silicone from your dishwasher. The hinges may crack and we always keep them in a padded lunch box for protection. Great costumer care and I can't wait to try some of the new products.

I gave 4 stars because I received the Bentgo box broken. I contacts customer service and they sent a replacement (has not arrived yet, fingers crossed it's not broken). The customer service rep that helped me was wonderful! Love the quick attention and that I don't have to send them a broken box (so wasteful on packaging transportation costs). My son can't wait to get his new box! Happy New School Year everyone!

I bought a couple Bentgo kids lunch boxes for my daughter about a year ago. They are the best. They don't leak, and have enough space for her whole lunch. I had a couple minor issues with the boxes after purchase and contacted support. They were super easy to deal with and took good care of me. Would highly recommend

My 2.5 year old twins got these lunchboxes for Christmas last year and introduced us to the Bentgo brand and I couldn’t be more grateful. These are great for packing lunch or snacks for preschool. I HATE hand washing so the fact that the inside is dishwasher safe makes this a favorite for me. And the kids who are terrible at sharing right now love having their own lunchbox that they know is theirs. Preschool loves that it’s easy to tell what belongs to my kids because everything matches! One child is all sharks and the other all puppies. Highly recommend.

To test it out, I filled all three sections of the box with water, closed it up and gave it a good shaking. Not a drop of water leaked out. The plastic is thick and helps to keep the food inside insulated.

I’ve bought one for each of my kids unfortunately the dividers got lost. I contacted customer service spoke to John Kevin. He assured me I could get replacements . That was in April it’s now August and I’ve yet to receive them. I wish I could just order replacement parts! These are a great green option and make packing lunch so easy! My kids love their bentgo boxes
