I bought this for my daughter when she was coming home from school not finishing her lunch because she didn’t have enough time to open everything! This lunch container helped tremendously with helping her be able to finish her lunch in a timely manner! Wouldn’t ever switch back to not using this!!!

My daughter takes her Bentgo to school but recently got some tomato/pasta sauce on the outside rubber part and I was having a difficult time removing the stains. I contacted customer service and they offered some cleaning recommendations that I tried but unfortunately it didn't remove the stains. They went beyond and sent me a replacement! Great customer service and great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product the other day and immediately put it to work. The Fresh Version 2 is built of strong plastic and ut is easy to travel with. There are four compartments in several size portions. This is great for having a well balanced lunch. I would easily recommend this product for those who bring food and snacks to work.

My preschooler received this box as a gift. It is wonder! It does not leak at all! Plus she can open and close it by herself. She loves when I pack her lunch in this. I had an issue with the lining but customer service was very prompt and helpful. That’s why I gave 4 starts instead of 5.

I bought this lunch box for my little one for school and they have been great! Super easy for my kids to open, leakproof, and super easy to clean! I love that the box comes apart so you can clean everything separately and thoroughly! The box seals tight and is leakproof, which for my little is perfect The divider it comes with is perfect, and allows us to pack more than just sandwiches in that space. This lunch box is also durable and easy for my child.

8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! We own 2 Bentgo lunch boxes and they are our favourite lunchboxes for our son since junior kindergarten. It was the easiest box to open and close. Leakproof and great portion sizes for small kids. The prints and colors are fun and the trays come out easily for washing. We also got extra trays and covers for when we can prep some items in advance to save on time in the morning. Another advantage is that it comes with a 1 or 2-year warranty.

I bought two of the boxes recently and one of the straps on one broke off. I was a bit nervous about this since the products don’t have any visible serial or product number on them. I got in contact with the company and was wowed the experience. I found out the products have a two year warranty on them and I got the broken one replaced at no cost to me. The person on the other line was very courteous and helpful. I didn’t really have a firm opinion on Bentgo, but I am a huge promoter now. Great company!

We have been using these boxes since my daughter was 2 and in pre-school. She is now 8 and we are just now moving up to the bigger versions of the Bentgo boxes. They have never leaked when closed properly and I love that the trays come out for easy cleaning in the dishwasher. We did have an issue with the plastic piece breaking off where the latch attaches but Bentgo was quick to reply and replace. We are very happy with them and have no problems recommending!

I really like these and my daughter loves the fun prints. I do wish these had a built in chill pack. I have also found when I put the tray in the dishwasher the bottom holds a lot of water, when the dishwasher is done I still have to put them flipped over on a drying rack. Still great product but prefer the chill ones a little more.
