[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this lunch box and so does my 6 year old son. There are different little compartments to mix and match as many snacks and entrees as you like. Our favorite choices include carrots and hummus, mixed nuts, a sandwich, pasta, sugar snap peas....the list is endless. My son never gets tired of the choices presented in this cute little bento box.

I reached out to them on a weekend to ask for safe ways to remove mold from my son's bentgo box as he forgot it at school. They were super fast to respond ( on a weekend) and gave me solutions to try to resolve the problem. When that did not work they offered a replacement. We have a good amount of their products and have not had any issues. Will gladly continue to buy these for our 3 kids who take lunch to school daily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its definitely kids proof and wont break. The portion sizes are pefect and I also love to use it for myself and not just my kids. Its keep the food in place and doesnt leak. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

I have had 2 bentgos where my son has somehow managed to unhinge the hinges (not the clasps). It is near impossible to get the hinges back in once popped out. I had to throw one away and the other just keeps coming undone. That being said, I do think this is the best lunch box on the market. Plus the customer service is great so that is why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 2 (if they did not offer to replace, I would have given 2).

We bought this a year ago and one of the clip's to shut the box broke recently and wouldn't allow the box to shut properly anymore. I reached out to the support team, and they very quickly responded and are replacing it so we have it in time for the school year coming up. Thank you for excellent support.

We are loyal bentgo users in our family with 4 kiddos. We used the Bentgo kids until about 6yo. And then we sized up to the Bentgo fresh after that. They are cute, and convenient. Easy to clean. Doesn’t leak. And not to mention more environmentally friendly- say goodbye to single use sandwich and snack bags!!

Is your kid a hurricane that destroys anything they touch within a few days? If so, this is the lunchbox for you. Our kid loves this so much. It provides the proper separation of foods, protects everything from drops (and sometimes throws), and has the perfect spot for a small bit of ranch. This is an A+ product that has us coming back for both kids whenever we need something new. The backpacks that match are also amazing, so check those out as well.

I used it for when I took them to the park to put in some yummy snacks for them to enjoy while playing. The dividing compartments are wonderful for keeping items that are dry separate from those who might have juice (like pickles) so they stay the way they are supposed to. The kids loved it and I am so glad I was chosen to receive it. Love it

I bought two of these a year ago and started using one. It worked well, my 4 year old had no problem opening and closing. He is very picky about his food and if something gets mixed up he will not touch anything but this container is a life saver because it keeps everything separate and it had never leaked outside neither between the compartment. I tried other companies bento and they were not as functional. Also their customer service is very good. One of my container was hard to open and close and they replaced it right away.

This is an excellent, reusable lunch box kit. Everything is easy to hand wash, and the inner liner can be dishwashed. We haven't had leaks, and the seals work well. My only issue is that the divider is easy to lose. Kids can throw it away, or it can get lost after being washed. There is no way to buy the dividers standalone. I emailed Bentgo, and they requested this online review in order to get a replacement.
