I bought two pack of these for my two kids in daycare a year ago. They have worked perfectly for our needs, although on the fresh ones our day care provider has lost the insert/divider on both our boxes which is a pain, but not Bentgo’s fault. In fact I reached out to them when it happened and they send me two dividers for free! Daycare has since lost those but I haven’t reached out again since I’m sure they will just continue to lose them. However I reached out this week because the one kids lunchbox latch broke. I figured they wouldn’t be able to do anything, but they immediately responded that a replacement is on its way to me. I was shocked as I purchased this product just over a year ago. You have just secured a customer for life! When these boxes are worn out I will be buying them again! As for functionality I love both boxes for different reasons. I love that I can add ranch dressing for my kids veggies right to the kids one and the bigger spots are nice for larger fruit in the fresh box. I fill both up on Sunday so Monday and Tuesday lunches are covered but I may just purchase a couple more so I can prep more lunches and make our evenings a little less hectic. My daughter received the Bentgo Brights lunch box as a gift last year. And recently one of the clips was broken. I reached out to the company and they were quick to send out a replacement lunch box - I'm so glad my daughter will have a new lunch box for the new school year, this saves a lot of $$ especially in today's economic tough times. Buy the fresh and kids lunch box package. I've really loved Bengo. The lunchbox fresh 3 days after buying my eldest son fell and the internal part broke and the external part was marked the blow, having a guarantee immediately contact me and they will solve it for me right away. The lunch boxes seem great to me, the only thing is that if we put food that contains or that the food itself has liquid such as watermelon, it was watered. This is why we only use them with dry food.

Bentgo lunchboxes are so well made! Unlike most other brands this lunchbox is made to withstand years of school use. It has a thick insulation and padding and the zippers are awesome! There is so much space to fit the Bentgo box plus additional items. I love it!!! And the kids love the new confetti design!

I purchased 2 of these at the start of Kindergarten. They are very easy for my 4 year old to use, it reduces waste which we love. The only downside we have found is sometimes wet foods tend to move around. Fruit in juice will end up in other compartments, dip tends to make its way out of the small center compartment. We choose to leave out any possible wet foods and opt to have those on the side. Otherwise it is a nice box!

Love how compact and easy to use it is for both me and my 3 year old. We got the dinosaur print and he loves it. These lunch boxes makes lunch fun and exciting (especially for a picky eater). Definitely recommend hand wash or top rack of the dish washer.

I’m in love with my bentgo lunchboxes! I ordered two, and both of them closed kind of weird so I emailed bentgo to see if I could return them without the packaging (because I was SO excited I ripped it open like a kid on Xmas) and they sent me replacements right away! Angelou in customer service is lovely and I’m in love with my new lunchboxes! I have trouble eating large amounts of food so I got the kids box (and in unicorn print, cause I’m an adult and I can have a unicorn lunchbox if I want one) and it’s PERFECT. Perfect portions and roomy enough for my needs! I can’t recommend bentgo enough!

This lunchbox is perfect for my preschooler! Completely leakproof and perfect portion sizes. I will say I did notice a spot of mold on the rubber seal after several months of regular use - I contacted customer service about this and they gave me suggestions on how to clean it. When that didn’t work for me, they replaced it free of charge. We will be especially mindful to promptly dry this after use moving forward. Excellent product and excellent customer service!

I bought one of these for each of my 3 kids and just love the product. It’s easy to wash in the dishwasher, keeps soups from spilling with it’s seal, and keeps all compartments separate. My kids actually enjoy seeing what’s inside each day. It reduces my waste of plastic bags and the school helpers don’t throw it away like they did my Tupperware containers. My favorite thing about these though is the customer service. One of my 3 products broke and I called them because I heard that they have a 2 year warranty on their products. They made getting a replacement one an absolute breeze. As a busy working mom, that won my loyalty even more. Just order it, I promise you won’t regret it.

I have had 2 of these for my son & he uses them 3-5 times a week to take lunch to school. I have had no leaks, no broken latches & no real issues with these the whole time. We have the same 2 bentgo fresh boxes we started out with 2 years ago & they are doing great.
