This lunchbox has been great for our 3-year-old. It's leak-proof and he can open and close it easily by himself. The compartments help us include a variety of foods to make lunchtime healthy and fun. Be sure to fully dry the lid each day (towel-dry and then air-dry overnight) to avoid mold. We had a problem with this, but the customer service was excellent.

I have bought this bentgo lunch box for my daughter who is 3 years old and goes to preschool. She is able to open this lunch box on her own without any help from her teacher. All the food stays in its appropriate box and does not shuffle around. I like the vibrant colors it comes in!

Purchased these a year ago after reading so much praise on different websites and forums. I purchased them through a warehouse retailer and they came as a set of 3, green, blue, purple. I have 3 kids in Elementary school so purchased 2 sets to switch day/night washings. My kids love packing their own lunches and easily fill the sections which help with portions. We love that a WHOLE sandwich fits. My oldest may need a bigger adult one when he goes to middle school next year. I love that I’m not using a bunch of plastic bags or containers anymore for their lunches. These bentgo boxes have saved us time and money! Cons: the divider can easily slide out. We found my son had thrown his away in the trash once. Small drink/juice cartons do not fit. Instead we had to switch to drink pouches, and because you can squish them they fit. The shell gets easily scratched and dented on the playground asphalt after lunch and can sometimes be sharp. Some chips will stain the inner seals: like bbq and cheese flavored. Of all the times we’ve used them, they only leaked twice; once with watermelon and once with frozen strawberries.

Lunchbox is great for meal prep and little hands - my toddler can easily open on her own. My one complaint has been we get mold forming on the seal over time and have difficulty cleaning it off. Customer service has been great with cleaning suggestions and even a replacement, but I wish we could prevent the mold from starting more easily!

We have used our Bentgo box every day this year. It has stood up to lots of use and saved us many a plastic baggie! We are experiencing a minor issue with it currently but have had a good experience with their customer service team that has been very responsive. We hope to use these boxes for years to come!

My son has loved his Bentgo box and uses it everyday at school. He has never had any issues with leaking or spilling. It was great for him to be able to see all of his food at once and it always came back empty! No need to fumble with multiple containers or lids, which is awesome for me and him! When the latch mechanism broke, the Bentgo customer service were excellent to deal with and are willing to replace it!

Ever since I got the Bentgo Kids Lunch Box for my 5-year-old son, mornings have become a tad bit easier. The compartments are just perfect for him; I can pop in his favorite grapes, a sandwich, and some carrot sticks without everything getting jumbled up. I particularly appreciate the leak-proof design – no more yogurt accidents in his backpack! The colorful, child-friendly design grabs his attention, and he's always excited to see what's inside. Though initially, he had a bit of trouble with the clasps, after a few tries, he got the hang of it and now opens it like a pro

I used this for over a year nearly everyday to pack my grandson’s lunch. (He’s 6, so I’m sure it wasn’t handled exceptionally gently!) The clasps started popping off a few months ago and part of the plastic clasp housing finally snapped last week, but the guarantee/warranty and replacement completely converted me to a full Bentgo loyalist!

I phoned in today because I dropped one of the daycare children's tray that goes in the Bentgo box. The tray chipped and I called in to ask how long a replacement would take to be shipped. Nicholas was beyond kind and understanding and offered to get a replacement sent out right away. As this is an item that belongs to one of my client's children, it eased my mind that I can tell the parent that I have taken care of the situation and she will see a replacement shortly. This is my teens favorite lunchbox, it hold the perfect amount of food without it looking babyish. Love that it’s leakproof and we can get extras trays for it. However, the latch broke we were bummed! (Minus 1 star only for that) But they have amazing customer service and are sending a replacement! Very happy with the product and service all around!
