I was initially skeptical because I have not slept on a mattress with intersprings in 12 years! I received this mattress exactly one month ago. I was pleasantly suprised by the comfort. Especially, if you are a side sleeper like me. The memory foam and coil combination cradles my body! It is also cooling and supportive. The only problem I ran into was when i tried it with my adustable base. The mattress is not as comfortable as you raise it to a certain level. But, I would recommend this mattress! The delivery was fast, efficient and took ten minutes. They also move or discard your old mattress. I’ve slept on this for a week straight now and it’s almost as if I’m sleeping on a cloud. Super soft, but not so soft that it’s uncomfortable! There’s still some firmness there for support. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little worried when I read "plush" that it would be too soft for me. The mattress feels like a firm with a plush top. It is really comfortable for side sleeping. I'm very happy with this mattress so far.

This is an early review, we have only slept on this mattress a couple of weeks. The mattress has a firm feel, from day one I have had no back issues or soreness from a new mattress. I did notice when one of us moves you don’t really feel the motion. However the plush feature did not stand out for us. We have had firm mattresses in the past and now that we are older, a plush mattress seemed like it would be more comfortable. We did notice a marginal difference but not enough to make a noticeable difference. I sleep very close to the edge of the bed and have found the sides to be very supportive, not sloping off like our previous mattress. We are looking forward to the cool gel feature. It’s a bit cold and we are currently using an electric blanket. The delivery guy was top notch. The mattress was delivered early and covered in plastic. Every thing was in perfect condition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only ever had a pillow top mattress for the past 20 plus years. This plush mattress exceeds my expectation! It’s a mid way between firm and soft. I feel like I’m laying on a bed of clouds! This is an EXCELLENT mattress!

Best nights sleep I’ve had had in over 10 years! So comfortable! Slept like a baby! And at 83 I need the comfort and sleep. Extremely happy and will definitely recommend this mattress to my family and friends.

Previous mattress was memory foam layered with different densities. This Serta with springs gives much better support! It eliminated waking up with back pain!

I regret not getting one of these mattresses sooner. Incredible upgrade from our old mattress. We’ve only had our new mattress a couple of days and already we’ve had better sleep!
