[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost a full year with the RingAIR It was a toss up between your ring and the Oura ring and yours won the flip. I was looking for all the features the Ring AIR provides (not behind a subscription paywall) in a ring formfactor. Please keep those "free". I decided to go with the matte grey version. It got some wear on the metals edge but I like the way that looks. The rest of the build quality is great! My only criticism is the app's UI is very over stylized. I get the want to have a unique look and feel but the data gets lost in all the graphical elements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got the ring in april & i mainly got it to try to conceive but all the other features are AMAZING!! i love the sleep tracking & it’s on the money with tracking my cycle. the only thing that i feel isn’t the most accurate is the step counting, i always feel like i do way more but i will look half through my day at work (as a medical assistant) there’s barely 1,500 steps by my lunch so if you’re looking for that aspect i think a fitbit or apple watch may be better. the sleekness of it being a ring was the other reason to get it. i’ve also started to notice some inconsistencies with the battery life & sometimes it will drain very quickly other times it will take like a week and a half or it takes forever to charge. i cant judge it too hard though because the health rings are new technology so i am so sure it will only get better!

Not just on the outside, but internally—like how fit it really is. This ring has been surprisingly helpful. The Cardio Age feature kind of freaked me out at first, but it was also a wake-up call. Seeing that number was a good push to take things more seriously—and what's cool is that I could actually see it improve a bit after a couple of weeks of better sleep and more consistent workouts. The VO2 Max reading is another feature I didn’t expect to care about, but now I check it way more often than I probably should. It’s satisfying to see it climb, even slowly. And cardio adaptability is probably what I’ve appreciated the most. It tells me how well my body is bouncing back from stress or workouts—and for someone with my family history, that feels like gold. As for the design, honestly, I’m not a huge fan of chunky wearables, so I was relieved that the ring looks clean and minimal. It doesn’t scream “fitness tracker,” which I love. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring 4 months ago and I have mixed feelings. I love how light and sleek it is. I get compliments on the look of it all the time. I prefer it over wearing a watch. I love the sleep insights and all the data it collects. However, my one con is that the battery life is terrible. It took a while for the ring to calibrate to a place where the battery lasted a few days on a full charge but now after 4 months post-purchase I had to get a replacement because the battery dies within hours after a full charge. For the price, I would hope the item would last way longer.

Also very cute and stylish and blends in well with other jewelry.

I bought this in March I believe, and I really enjoyed it at first, but once I got an idea of what my results were going to be, I ended up not checking them any more. I don’t find the battery lasts that long, maybe a day and half to two days. I do get compliments on the way it looks, but as for a smart ring, I tend to lean more towards using my smart watch.
