The app is concise and informative with all the necessary information right front and centre leading to an enjoyable experience while using the app. I particularly love the caffeine window and the sleep score information, both of which have greatly influenced by actions throughout the day to get the best possible sleep and rest required. The only thing that maybe improved in the long run is the battery life. Currently, on a full charge, the ring lasts for about 4 days.

I have had the ring for about 5 months now, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent! It has become a crucial part of my health and wellness journey, and I am amazed by the helpful insights and recommendations it provides to improve my lifestyle and routine. I forget I'm wearing it about 90% of the time. Helps me manage caffeine intake, and knows when I'm feeling rough and suggests options for helping!

I did purchase the warranty, so I am hoping this process is smooth and the issue can be resolved quickly.
