Phenomenal all round

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the ring for about a month now - and I love its form factor. It’s so comfortable to have on and UH also has a superior way of insight delivery on their app. The metrics are super traceable and intuitive to understand - I also love the tags feature which is unlike WHOOP’s journal feature that u I find quite annoying. It also looks amazing and RT goes with all my outfits

Great! (Growing issues)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially everything worked wonderfully, then I noticed ongoing issues with the charge. It takes a significant amount of time to charge, then the battery drains very quickly. In addition, it has just not worked all day today and is prompting me to complete a factory reset, losing all my data. The dashboard is not showing anything or collecting any info. It often disconnects while I workout and will not let me end my workout session. At first the sleep features with the caffeine windows performed amazing and were game changers.

Okay, but heart rate sensor needs work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using it for three months now, and there are some things that I like and some things that I don’t I find that the heart rate tracking, especially when I’m logging a workout is very inaccurate. I’ve even compared it with results from another fitness tracker of mine that I’ve worn at the same time to confirm. The sleep tracker is probably my favorite feature.

A lot of features for a reasonable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the ring for almost a year, and am mostly happy with it. It packs loads of advances metrics in the app, something other vendors charge a subscription fee for. The only drawback is that it sometimes (<weekly) fails to sync and I loose out on a day or so of numbers. Charging it, even if it has a lot of battery left, will make it sync again so fairly easy fix.

Love this ring!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultrahuman Ring Air has become an essential part of my daily routine. I especially appreciate how it gives me actionable insights into my health without having to wear an unsightly watch. I especially appreciate: Sleep tracking: The detailed breakdown of my sleep cycles helps me understand my rest patterns and make adjustments for better quality sleep. Cycle tracking: Being able to monitor my menstrual cycle alongside my overall readiness and recovery trends is incredibly helpful and makes the data more meaningful. Activity monitoring: I love seeing my steps automatically tracked—even on days when I’m not consciously thinking about movement, the ring keeps me on top of my activity goals. Caffeine consumption timing: One standout feature is seeing the ideal times to consume caffeine; it’s a simple but powerful detail that helps me avoid having late-day coffee that might impact my sleep quality. Overall, the Ultrahuman Ring Air provides a holistic and intuitive view of my health habits, making it easier for me to spot patterns, stay motivated, and make smarter choices each day.

Great Ring!

It’s pretty great and I haven’t thought of the Apple Watch at all since owning the ring. It’s tough and durable for working out and tracks my life accurately. Sometimes it does lose data or get disconnected while working out which can be frustrating.

This Ring is Awesome

Absolutely loving my Ultrahuman Ring Air! It’s so light I often forget I’m even wearing it—even overnight. The design is sleek and minimal, and mine in black still looks brand new after weeks of use. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed and much more comfortable than strapping on a smartwatch every night.

Great addition to my daily routine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Ultrahuman Ring AIR about 9 months ago and I love it! I love being able to see patterns and progress. It pushes me to change habits that I didn't know I could improve on. I like seeing the factors that I can change or improve on. It also pushes me to sleep more!!

Ultrahuman Ring Air User Review Summary

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the ring around 6 months Pros: - Lightweight & Comfortable:Only 2.4 grams with a titanium build, ideal for 24/7 wear and sleep tracking. - Accurate Health Data:Detailed sleep stage analysis, HRV, and body temperature monitoring with practical recovery insights (e.g., optimal caffeine intake timing). - No Subscription Fee:More cost-effective than Oura Ring, which requires a monthly subscription. Cons: - Limited Fitness Features:Not ideal for weight training, lacks GPS, and relies on phone syncing. - Complex App:Data-rich but has a steep learning curve, with occasional sync delays. Best For: - Users focused on sleep and stress management. - Those who prefer lightweight, subscription-free health tracking. I think it is excellent for health monitoring but niche in functionality—best suited for specific needs.
