My partner bought his ring at roughly the same time and has had none of these issues so it’s definitely luck of the draw! I am a little disappointed with my ring on this basis, that it can be so expensive & still so unreliable. Buy with caution // a pinch of salt, for sure.

Every morning, the first thing I do is check my sleep score on the app — it’s intuitive, detailed, and helps me understand where my sleep might’ve fallen short. The health insights are practical and motivating. Overall, it’s a sleek, smart, and reliable companion for anyone serious about improving their health without the fuss of a bulky wearable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the Ring Air size 10 for more than a month now and the ring provides a substantial insight into the health parameters of the day. The app is concise and informative with all the necessary information right front and centre leading to an enjoyable experience while using the app. I particularly love the caffeine window and the sleep score information, both of which have greatly influenced by actions throughout the day to get the best possible sleep and rest required. The only thing that maybe improved in the long run is the battery life. Currently, on a full charge, the ring lasts for about 4 days.

I track my sleep cycles every day, I follow the caffeine window, I use it a lot when exercising. All the results are very clearly interpreted, I use several powerplugs. I would definitely buy it again.

As a mom, I also love the “new parent” plug in that accounts for rest + mindfulness moments. As far as design goes, I love the look and after a few days of wearing, barely even notice I’m wearing the ring. Overall, would recommend!

She wanted me to have a smart ring too and I picked the Ultrahuman because I hoped it would help monitor for a-fib and also because I didn't need a monthly subscription. It seems to track sleep as well as the Oura and costs less, so that's a win. Unfortunately, the a-fib detection wasn't available in the US yet. The caffeine window feature is nice, reminding me when to stop drinking caffeine and to delay in the morning.

On top of that I really like the app and the insight it provides on top of sleep tracking, If your on the fence about purchasing I would go ahead and do it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost a full year with the RingAIR It was a toss up between your ring and the Oura ring and yours won the flip. I was looking for all the features the Ring AIR provides (not behind a subscription paywall) in a ring formfactor. Please keep those "free". I decided to go with the matte grey version. It got some wear on the metals edge but I like the way that looks. The rest of the build quality is great! My only criticism is the app's UI is very over stylized. I get the want to have a unique look and feel but the data gets lost in all the graphical elements.

Since then, I’ve worn it continuously while taking great care to avoid exposure to harsh products, including removing it for showers and workouts. Despite this, I’m surprised by how much the gold color has faded and the usage is seen - with 8 months of usage it’s more than I expected. That said, I really love the product overall and appreciate the valuable insights it provides, along with the regular updates and new features.

It fits easily into my routine and keeps the ring ready throughout the day. I honestly would not want to be without it anymore.
