I reccomend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the ring for a little over 3 months now and have been loving it! I use the ring to track sleep/recovery, menstruation, and workout activities. I love the sleek look of a ring rather than a bulky fitness watch. I chose this over the OURA ring because there isn’t a monthly fee to use the ring or track menstruation. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because the ring scratched somewhat easily in my opinion.

Great ring, battery not so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ring, when it takes a charge. Only had for a few months and wear it daily. I am having a serious issue with the ring not taking a charge. Im a little disappointed for the price i paid and already having issues.

Great battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the battery life, it lasts at least five days, so it is always monitoring my sleep. I wanted a ring without a subscription, so this ring is great. I find the app confusing and hard to make sense of which makes me curious to try a different brand.

Overall worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this at the end of 2024 and it is still going strong. Have had a few issues with the battery, but updates usually fix those issues quickly. It’s comfortable and has plenty of useful features.

A Game-Changer for Health Optimization – Ultrahuma

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Ultrahuman Ring Air for the past few weeks, and it has quickly become an essential part of my daily routine. This sleek, lightweight wearable packs a serious punch when it comes to health tracking, offering a perfect blend of performance insights, recovery metrics, and personalized recommendations. Design & Comfort: First off, the design is stunning — minimalistic, elegant, and discreet. Unlike bulkier smartwatches, the Ring Air feels virtually weightless and looks great with any outfit. I often forget I’m even wearing it, which is a testament to its comfort. Metrics & Accuracy: The data accuracy has been impressive. From HRV and sleep cycles to movement and skin temperature, the insights feel both comprehensive and reliable. The sleep tracking is especially detailed, helping me pinpoint areas to improve my rest and recovery. App Experience: The Ultrahuman app is intuitive and thoughtfully designed. It doesn’t just throw numbers at you; it contextualizes them with actionable suggestions and clear visualizations. I particularly like how it integrates metabolic and circadian insights to help optimize performance and recovery. Battery Life: The battery life is stellar — I’ve been getting 5–6 days on a single charge, and the charging case is compact and easy to carry. Conclusion: If you're serious about your health, sleep, and performance, the Ultrahuman Ring Air is absolutely worth the investment. It's not just a fitness tracker — it’s a powerful tool for anyone looking to live smarter and optimize their everyday well-being. Highly recommended!

Excellent tool for tracking sleep and stress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Ultrahuman Ring for a few months and I’m very happy with it. I especially like the sleep and stress insights, which help me understand my habits better. The app is intuitive but the only thing I feel is missing is a bit more guidance on how to interpret the data and clear tips on how to improve. Still, I highly recommend it!

great hardware, app requires more polish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring itself is good and looks nice. The issue with the product is the partnered App, as it is very unstable. There are times when it syncs well, there are times that it wont and requires constant restart. I wish they can embed auto sync.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've now been wearing the Ultrahuman Ring for a full six months—and here's the latest on how it's performing... I absolutely LOVE it!... It's still a keeper—and I've confidently moved away from smartwatches now.

My personal commitment partner to wellness!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heart disease runs in my family, and even though I try to stay active, I’ve never really known how well my heart is actually doing. Not just on the outside, but internally—like how fit it really is. This ring has been surprisingly helpful. The Cardio Age feature kind of freaked me out at first, but it was also a wake-up call. Seeing that number was a good push to take things more seriously—and what's cool is that I could actually see it improve a bit after a couple of weeks of better sleep and more consistent workouts. The VO2 Max reading is another feature I didn’t expect to care about, but now I check it way more often than I probably should. It’s satisfying to see it climb, even slowly. And cardio adaptability is probably what I’ve appreciated the most. It tells me how well my body is bouncing back from stress or workouts—and for someone with my family history, that feels like gold. As for the design, honestly, I’m not a huge fan of chunky wearables, so I was relieved that the ring looks clean and minimal. It doesn’t scream “fitness tracker,” which I love. Super light, too—I forget I’m wearing it most of the time. Heart disease runs in my family, and even though I try to stay active, I’ve never really known how well my heart is actually doing. Especially if, like me, you're trying to stay a step ahead of genetics.
