Firm is VERY FIRM!

This was suggested to me by Sam's Serta specialist because of my back surgery and arthritus. However it is really too firm and im waking up with sore shoulders and hips. We have only had it for about a week so hope it gets a little softer. Also you can already ready see body impressions after only one week!
