I was genuinely surprised at how under cooked this seem. It had had a “yeast” taste to it. I would not purchased this again. Nor could I recommend this product. I bought it for work for our snack store and even co-workers complained how undercook the pecan twirls were. Ended up tossing.

raw in the middle and taste of alcohol

the middle of these is raw and the yeast has created an alcohol flavor tried 2 packs, but the same, these weren't baked long enough
