Tire installation was good. Cooper tires should perform well and a replacement

It took a longer time to be delivered, no one reached out to inform on whether they had been or not received at the store.

The tires are on a national back order and the service department failed to notify me about it. A week after I had already purchased the tires, I stopped by the store to inquire about my purchase to find this out. Not only did I have to stand in line at the store, they walked me over to the customer service area to wait in line again in order to get reimbursed for my purchase. This tire department could use a lot of improvement. I doubt if I’ll ever use them in the future.

Always a great bargain for me
