The third image is of another product. The two sides slide out, but you can not change the size of any of the actual pockets. It's only 3 pieces total. Also, it is much darker than in the images, almost a walnut color.

This is the widest expandable drawer organizer that i have seen. Fully extended it fits my drawer. It does have a strong smell unlike the bamboo drawer organizer that i purchased. It also had a few rough edges. However, for the price I paid I'm more than satisfied.
