In many areas, shorter daylight hours, lower sun intensity, or frequent cloud cover can significantly reduce charging performance. During winter months or extended overcast periods, the battery may not receive enough sunlight to power the lights consistently through the night.<br />Additionally, these lanterns are designed with a built-in light sensor and are meant to turn on only when it is dark. We're sorry to hear your lights stopped working! If you haven’t already, please ensure you’re using rechargeable lithium batteries rather than regular AA batteries, as standard batteries won’t hold a charge from the solar panel.
