*Please read full Review* The stickers on the chairs, labeling parts and directions are almost impossible to remove! I was afraid to use "Goo Off" "Oops" etc. that it could ruin the paint finish. At best the paper comes off but leaves a sticky residue, which will attract dirt. It will take you much longer to remove the stickers than it takes to assemble the chairs. The stickers are the problem. For the good part, They are very easy to assemble, appears to be decent quality versus the price. After assembly, the chair feels solid and rather comfortable. The stickers are the issue. Many products today that require labeling, the stickers are easily removed with no trace of residue.

Bought 4 chairs and 2 side tables to match. Fast Delivery. Sturdy and comfortable rocking chairs. Unfortunately, the paint on all six pieces of furniture began to flake off and warp revealing the wood underneath. We had these on the front patio, uncovered with about 6-7 hours of sun per day. These may have performed better with a covered patio situation, but they were described as all weather and outdoor paint job. That did not hold up. We returned them.

While these chairs are very attractive and for what purpose they serve, quite comfortable, we have found the quality to be questionable. We bought four chairs based on reviews and price. We paid to have them assembled. At first glance upon assembly we noticed a crack in one of the arms. On that same chair we then noticed a crack on the back of the same chair. Contacting the mfg. they sent a replacement part for the arm, but balked on the back. I understand, the freight is very expensive to send these replacement parts. Now today, we have found a second chair with a crack and a form of “glue” or residue seeping from all the joints of the chairs. Not sure what that is, but it certainly isn’t normal. We bought the turquoise color which is perfect for our needs, but now we have no idea how to proceed. We called Sams, but so far they have not replied.

I purchased this product and received very timely. It was very easy to put together but one of the pieces did not fit properly. I immediately contacted the number on the paper that was included with the product and they shipped me a new piece as soon as I provided them with the required info. The new piece fit perfectly and I was able to complete the assembly. This was all done within 2 weeks. I am very happy with the quality and was very happy with the responsiveness and helpfulness of the customer service team.

Well made - sturdy

I've only had these for 5 months and they are chipping like crazy. Really wanted to love these but highly disappointed in how they've not held up. Not sure if I just got a bad set or what because the other reviews seem to be positive. Sam's customer service was great though in processing the refund.

I purchased these black rockers 4 months ago and I have one that has a split in one of the slats. What's crazy is these chairs literally sit under my front porch as decoration. We never sit in them, because we use our entertainment area in the backyard. I see where they have a 1 year warranty, but yet who do I contact in order to get a replacement.

The paint is already chipped and the plugs have all cracked and fallen out. One slat just cracked when I sat on it. The rocker is not balanced so it is dangerous for anyone under 100 pounds. and we cannot get the stickers off. I would not recommend this. Have had it for 6 weeks outside semi covered in Mi. Having a difficult time getting them returned as we had them delivered and have no way of returning these. They are cumbersome and do not move easily. They look great if you just want to stage. Just don’t let kids or large people in them.

It was exactly as advertised. Easy to put together and I love the color.
