We enjoyed our first two so we ordered two more. One of them arrived with a broken back rest. I called the 800 number and a replacement is due in 3 to 5 days. Hopefully all goes well.

Love this rocker! We purchased the navy and it a really nice shade. Easy to assemble. A little larger than we anticipated but a great valve. We have it on our front porch; it is comfortable and it looks great!

Big, wide & heavy.....extremely well-made. Given the surprising comfort and quality.......these are a real bargain. I would buy again and recommend to the pickiest person anytime. They're THAT GOOD!

The rockers are easy to assemble, comfy, and have an extra-wide seating area. My only complaint is that one rocker arrived with a broken slat and I just didn't want the hassle of returning it so we glued it where it was broken.

Love these rockers, super cute & nice lumbar support! Also, one of them was shipped with a broken back support, contacted the company & they were quick to send out a replacement part!

I really love how the chairs look. I removed a star because where the legs meet the rockers is a flat spot on the bottom of the rocker and the rocking motion is a little bit uneven there.

The rocker is a nice looking rocker and seems to be sturdy. I have not had it long enough to know how long it will last. Easy to put together and comfortable. I would buy another.

*Please read full Review* The stickers on the chairs, labeling parts and directions are almost impossible to remove! I was afraid to use "Goo Off" "Oops" etc. that it could ruin the paint finish. At best the paper comes off but leaves a sticky residue, which will attract dirt. It will take you much longer to remove the stickers than it takes to assemble the chairs. The stickers are the problem. For the good part, They are very easy to assemble, appears to be decent quality versus the price. After assembly, the chair feels solid and rather comfortable. The stickers are the issue. Many products today that require labeling, the stickers are easily removed with no trace of residue.

I ordered these chairs and put them in storage while we were building our house. After several months, I pulled them out to put them together and one of the seats had begun to break and there was a hole that was not drilled as big as it should have been. I called the company and I had no trouble whatsoever. They sent me the parts I needed with no question. They followed up to make sure I got it and assembled my chairs as well!!! Love these rocking chairs!!!

I've only had these for 5 months and they are chipping like crazy. Really wanted to love these but highly disappointed in how they've not held up. Not sure if I just got a bad set or what because the other reviews seem to be positive. Sam's customer service was great though in processing the refund.
