Member's Mark Painted Porch Rocker

I looked all over for a great rocking chair that is sturdy and not terribly narrow. I ordered two of these chairs in white and they are great. The look wonderful on our new porch. Comfortable and a good size. Very good value. I really hope they get the black chairs back in stock. That’s the color I originally wanted.

Maybe my problem was just the luck of the draw. When I attached the rockers to the leg and arm parts the head of one of the bolts barely screwed in deep enough to be out of the way of the floor contact surface of one of the rockers- leaving me concerned what would happen if ever that contact surface were to wear away a little. When I was ready to attach the back I discovered one of its flimsy slats was cracked. Can't be sure it came that way or if that happened as the result of some light handling during my unpacking and laying out of the parts. Will return without ever having completed the assembly.

Look for a heftier rocker

Worth the price. I purchased it for grandma. She love's it. My daughter and I put it together in less than five minutes.  One of the easiest piece of furniture I've ever put together in more than 30 years of putting furniture from the store together.
