These chips used to be good, but the last three bags I bought were hard, oily, and had a bad taste. I contacted Lays about the issue and although they said they would investigate the problem, they never offered to replace the product or refund the money….poor customer service. This will be the last Lay’s brand I buy.

I was very upset when I found they had packed a bag of Potato Chips (almost 5$ a bag) with canned goods and it had been crushed and potato chips were all over in the box. Do they have rules for packers???? I have had problems 4xs prior but never complained. Boxes crushed and open. Dented can goods and a Dawn bottle crushed.

Love the home delivered groceries. Only complaint I have is please put the groceries in the chair next to the door instead of right in front of the door on the ground we are both disabled seniors and it’s difficult for us to pick them up. Thanks for your listening.

Good flavor. Arrived crushed to death. I had ordered some other "flavors" but this one was just mauled to pieces. No excuse for this, Walmart. There was nothing in that box but chips and the others were fine. Someone probably sat on these because they were mad at the boss in packing. Do something about this and send out the chips the right way.

The bag was packed with busted up broken chips. And if you could actually find a almost whole chip, it was pock marked with oil you could see thru in the chips. Gross taste, salty way too salty. Simply not going to buy this again. Maybe the plant where made is the culprit? We have found the smaller (much more expensive bags) have a sturdy better tasting whole unbroken chips in general
