Improperly sized. Side cushions are at shoulder height, resting arms on them is beyond uncomfortable. Back cushions are same height, which is easily too low to provide head support. Had the sectional a week and already shows noticable wear. Sitting cushion height is much too tall, feet don't touch the ground and I'm 5'8". Held together by rubber bands. RUBBER BANDS. Didn't include all pieces, waiting weeks to even get them shipped. Not delivered, just shipped. Still no tracking number. Razor blade left in package cut my hand. Terrible product support. Not one single positive thing to say. Couldn't even try it out in the store. Display model is on a shelf, impossible to sit on. Many cushions have loose stitching. Complete garbage.

The couch is beautiful and very comfortable! Moving the box and getting it out is a pain! It’s so heavy so you definitely will need a couple guys to help! The only problem I have with this couch is the pilling! We have only had this for one month and the cushions are starting pill! I wouldn’t say this couch is super pet friendly!

Really wanted to love this couch, however that is the complete opposite. The couch is only 4 months old and the fabric has lots of pilling, and the cushions are breaking down. I contacted Sams club, and the option is to return the couch for a refund, or contact the company for replacements. Seems inconvenient all the way around. Don’t waste your money on this one.

This is a comfortable sectional that has a storage ottoman that you could comfortably rest your legs on and store blankets, reading material, etc. The lighter color makes it easy to match with your decor of choice. The backing pillows are semi sturdy.

Just bought a new replacement couch a year after buying this one. It is pilling and the fabric on the cushions looks loose. It’s not even our everyday couch. Shame because the size and style are great, but with the price we should have guessed it wouldn’t hold up.

I did not like this sofa at all. It was far too firm. Also, the color was odd, and I think hard to match. I did like the ottoman's storage feature.

It's very deep which is great for sleeping. Really good price point for a modular sofa. I might recommend to my sister who is in the market for a sofa. Would definitely choose a different color because of kids. Very comfy!

This couch is a deep couch and may not work for everyone. The back is low and is not as comfortable for taller people. I love the pattern in the fabric and it will be easy to keep clean. The size is wonderful and the ottoman is huge!

This couch has a lovely color. I love that it is not purely white as those are hard to maintain, but it is also not purely gray. The depth of it and comfort is perfect.

I love the cozy side cushions! Makes it easy to lounge longways with much comfort. The neutral color is great too. Great to have a hidden storage compartment.
