I was skeptical given the light colored surface, but pan wipes clean to about 95%, and finishes to perfectly clean with just a sponge! Very impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now I see why these are so darn expensive! I got mine today from Influenster and I’m absolutely obsessed with it! I used it to cook dinner tonight and let’s just say this is my new favorite pan and will be buying the entire collection! Great quality, easy to use, and VERY VERY easy to clean!!! I HIGHLY recommend green pans!!! I went online and bought my mom one just so she could experience it! It’ll be here next Monday!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using a Greenpan. I was super impressed with the pan overall. I love the yellow color and the gold hardware. This pan needs a little more maintenance than other pans I have had. I followed all the recommendations for low heat, using oil and using silicone utensils. I want this pan to last as long as possible. I would love if this pan was induction because I have some induction burners but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. I love the large span of the pan. I can fit everything in at once. I also love that it comes with a lid. Deeper sauté pans usually come with a lid but not frying pans. The pan is heavy and well made. I haven’t tried it in the oven yet because I’m concerned that if high heat from the stove top can ruin the pan, how can it go in a scorching oven? Overall it’s a great pan for everyday use. I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are great! The nonstick surface is holding up great, even after going through the dishwasher. I also like that they can be used with metal utensils. I was worried about the handle getting hot since it is metal, but it doesn't seem to be a problem since it just gets a little warm, but not enough to burn your hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ll start off by saying this is a beautiful elegant looking pan I made pan fried salmon and diced sweet potatoes for dinner I used the pan too cook them both the handles are sturdy there is a long handle on one side and a pull type handle on the other the long handle stayed cool to the touch for easy handing but the shorter handle was too hot to touch with out a pot holder I just used a small amount of olive oil and it glided smoothly all over the pan the heat distribution seemed even i was able to have the whole dinner done in under 20 min there was some burnt areas that looks like they would stick but the clean up was easy i just wiped clean with a paper towel and rinsed with warm soapy water i I feel like it would scrap easily so i don’t plan on using any abrasives on it ! for first time use I think it’s a great pan but time will tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought a expensive set about a year ago and these are easily 10x better. Outside of being alot more stylish for kitchen display, they cook evenly and more smoothly. They clean up quickly (as long as you follow suggested cleaning methods) and unlike our previous set, the handle DOESN'T get hot as your food cooks. Would easily buy again from this brand. Only wish the tops came with pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan so much. It cooked an egg without any issues. All my other pans don't compare to this. It's easy to clean from any mess from saucey to fried. Perfect size for any meal. The lid fits securely. The only thing on the lid is that it rubs against the pan and it scraps a little marks on it. The lid doesn't seem to have a steam vent. I also would suggest to using an oven mitt for the handle since it gets pretty hot. In the photo I had pizza quesadillas and it fried them great. The first thing I made was eggs and it cooked them perfectly. I've made other things in the pan since and it cooks just great. I'm so happy I got to try this out since I needed a new pan. 10/10 would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These GreenPan - Reserve Ceramic Nonstick 10" and 12" Frypan Set | Black with Gold-Tone Handles are super heavy duty, but also just heavy to handle. I would worry about putting some heavier foods in them and not being able to move them off the stove without dropping it. The pans are very nice looking and stylish and clean up easily and still look brand new even after several uses.
