Perfect to make for quick scramble eggs. Extra large size which is a plus!! Ceramic is smooth and cooks Evenly. Only used non scratch tool to stir to avoid scratches.

I tried to cook a few dishes and all came out very good results and tastes beautiful. It does distributed heat very evenly. It doesn’t stick at all and the handle makes it very easy to be handled. It also came with a lid which very nice for storage the food overnight. I love it.

It came with heating instructions which really helped because I’m use to old cast iron pans that has been used for a hundred years so using these made cooking a breeze! I couldn’t believe how slick they were when I made a quesadilla on one! They came out perfect! Crispy golden and literally slipped off the pan! Definitely a nice add to the collection! Must recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try out my new GreenPan - RESERVE NAVY 10PC SET. The color is beautiful and the gold handles accent them very well! I am always looking for pans that don’t stick. And pots and pans that cook evenly. These definitely do just that! I made egg whites to test out the pans and how good the non stick is! These pans are amazing! No egg stuck to the pan at all! I was so surprised! I made the perfect amount of mashed potatoes in the medium sized pot! The bigger pot is perfect for making pasta! I am very impressed with how good my food cooks in these pots and pans. They also wash really easy, warm soapy water and and wipe and they were clean! If I had to give one piece of criticism, it would be that they are a bit too heavy! Other than that, I highly recommend them!

I use a small amount of butter and everything comes out so crisp and perfect. Frying chicken is no longer stressful and the clean up is a breeze! I would definitely recommend these GreenPan fry pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These frying pans are absolutely beautiful! I really love the gold handles and the taupe color is really nice too. The best part about them is how well they cook though. Nothing sticks to them but I did add just a tad bit of oil but the clean-up was so easy! The food literally just wiped right out with a damp cloth, I didn't have to use any soap at all and they're dishwasher safe which is a huge plus. The gold handles felt really nice and strong, there was no wobbling and they didn't feel like they were going to come loose either. In my opinion, these pans are a very nice addition to my cookware and worth every penny.
